FogBugz Tool
The FogBugz bug tracking tool from Fog Creek Software is a program that can be used to know the current position of defects and also updates in the ongoing software projects like the application development and also deployment. It will be mostly useful for the organization which have teams of developers and testers who need to keep the record of bugs and also fixes on the multiple projects and are looking to streamline communications between the team members.
Suppose when a bug is logged/opened it will be in ‘New’ state then it is ‘Assign’ ed to the developer to fix it. When it is fixed it will be assigned back to the tester to verify it. This tester will verify it. The tester when verifies the defect and if it satisfies the expected behaviour of the main necessities, it will be closed. This is how the journey will go normal process for any bug.

1.Bug tracking tool
When we want to create and track a case in FogBugz. When we register online we will receive an email. When we login to the FogBugz with any proper email and password.
Once we log in the below screen will be displayed. Fogbugz, when we mark everything it is a bug, feature, inquiry or schedule item is termed as ‘case’. Actually in Fogbugz we track a ‘case’.
To develop a fresh case just click on the ‘New Case’ button. As we enter description of the title, click the project that belongs to, select Area and category whether it is bug, feature, inquiry.
We have to assign the priority, draft the steps which is required to understand the case and attach the screenshot if it needs by clicking the “Attach files”. We have to enter the required estimate and story points which will be useful in tracking the case and finally click on the open button.
This is saved under the FogBugz id and also will be listed in inbox.
2. Project management schedules
There is an important aspect of an project is schedules. Using this tool, if we want to know the information related to project schedule click on the schedule button and choose the project.
Timesheet
FogBuzz will provide the feature to enter the timesheet on daily basis as it will useful to track the time spent.

Track projects
The FogBugz contains this option on right side of page and has list of options. Click on the projects option. It shows a list of projects which are tracked.
Iteration Planner
To plan the iterations of the project backlogs effectively and efficiently, the iteration planner will be used. The cases here are collected in milestones that can be mapped for a spirit.
Enter the name of planner and click on the create button. After creating a planner add the milestone to it.
It is similar to planning like we will be completing these many cases under the milestone. We can create a Backlog from which we can pull the cases we want to complete the current milestone. Just drag and drop the cases into current milestone.
FogBugz will recognise the case created as it is bug. Feature inquiry by associating a unique colour image on each one can be seen.
We can build a new case in the current milestone by selecting on the ‘+’ plus icon button near the ‘cases’ or we use existing cases of the project. When you are adding a new case just hit ‘Enter’ confirm for saving the case.
